Surrounded by some of New Zealand’s most celebrated wineries, including those on the Tukituki and Gimblett Gravels wine trails, guests are perfectly positioned to explore everything this beautiful area has to offer, from wine tasting and scenic cycling to stunning walking tracks and beaches.

Trevelmond Villa is a beautifully restored, century-old five-bedroom homestead offering space, comfort, and classic rural charm. Set across two generous storeys, the villa features a large farm-style kitchen, a spacious lounge , and plenty of room to relax after a day exploring Hawke’s Bay. The property sits on expansive grounds with a vast lawn, creating a peaceful and quiet retreat. Ideal for families and groups, the villa offers excellent indoor–outdoor flow, outdoor dining, BBQ and a small playground for children. There is plenty of on-site parking and easy access, making arrival and departure stress-free.

The master bedroom includes a super-king bed and private en-suite. The ground floor also includes two additional bedrooms-one furnished with a queen bed, and the other with both a set of bunks and king single.

Upstairs, there are two further bedrooms, one with queen bed offering access to a balcony and a half bathroom, and another with two single beds.

The main bathroom is located on the ground floor.

All rooms feature charming historical details throughout, as you would expect from a character villa.
